Thankyou for your interest in the Cosplay Lab 2019

We are very excited to introduce this new area to CosXPo and to bring you a variety of immersive workshops where you can pick up new skills and create some items to take away after.

To help you organise your convention plan in advance, and to help our team give you the very best CosXPo experience,  we have created this sign up sheet where you can reserve a spot for yourself at any workshops that interest you.

Please allow 30-60 minutes per session.

Due to demand, these slots are available on a first come first serve basis and we will process earlier applications first, if you do not arrive within 5 minutes after your chosen slot, it will be freed up to the next available person to drop in.

You can drop in on the day to see if there are any available slots remaining, however we recommend signing up in advance to reserve your place.

Due to heavy demand some slots are completely booked and others are mostly booked, if you apply for a slot but that time is no longer available, you will be offered the next available time slot if there are any.

All our workshops have a minimal materials fee which will need to be paid to your workshop mentor on arrival, if you are unable to pay you will not be able to take part in the workshop and your space will be freed up.
