NORTH SHORE DISTRICT SOFTBALL ASSOCIATION REPRESENTATIVE PLAYER NOMINATION FORM

Each player wishing to be considered for selection must submit a Nomination Form via this Online Form.

A player's inclusion in a team will be decided by the selection committee and ratified by the NSDSA Committee. Performance, attitude and past record will be taken into consideration. Players are asked to consider carefully their willingness to commit before they nominate. Players and parents must be aware that Representative Softball requires dedication and hard work and must take priority over other activities including club commitments. A copy of the Representative Player (Parent/Guardian) Agreement can be found in the Rep Corner of the NSDSA Website.

YOU MUST BE FIRST REGISTERED WITH A NORTH SHORE DISTRICT SOFTBALL ASSOCIATION CLUB TO BE ABLE TO NOMINATE FOR A REPRESENTATIVE TEAM. IF YOU ARE UNSURE REGARDING THIS PLEASE MAKE CONTACT WITH YOUR CLUB OR THE ASSOCIATION REGISTRAR.
