内容
　近時の急激かつ広範な経済のグローバル化により、ほとんどの国は、法律実務と法曹養成の両面において大きな影響を受けざるをえませんでした。とくに、国際的かつ複雑な紛争解決の制度改革と、新たに求められる資質を擁する法曹養成のための改革を余儀なくされています。
　これを受けて、中央大学研究ブランディング事業（通称「比較法文化プロジェクト」）では、新たに創造されてきた紛争解決制度と法曹養成のための改革に焦点を当て、「グローバル経済の奔流に対する新たな紛争解決と法曹養成」と題したシンポジウムを開催いたします。

　Recent drastic and widespread globalization in economy has compelled every jurisdiction to face with the perfect storm in both legal practice and legal education. In response to this, it also imposes to reform to a new resolution system for international and complex disputes as well as to produce a newly sophisticated lawyers for that purpose.
　Therefore, Chuo Law School and the government sponsored Chuo University Research Branding Project (“the Project”) jointly organize an international conference mainly focusing on innovative dispute resolution system and efforts to reform to legal education in several jurisdictions.
