Terms and conditions of sale related to the sale and purchase of Nana Shiomi Pre-Publication Book and Print Offer: ‘This Side and the Other Side” + Special edition print, from Meryl Ainslie TA/ Rabley Contemporary to you.

It is important you read and understand these terms and conditions before proceeding with this transaction. If there is any term you do not understand please discuss it with a representative of Rabley Contemporary. Only proceed with the transaction if you wish to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

1. Order. Your purchase is secured by completion and successful submission of this form and receipt of payment in full (due at the time of order), subject to print availability.

2. Invoice/receipt. You will be issued with an invoice/receipt stating the agreed purchase price of the work, confirming the purchase, delivery and any personalised details agreed.

3. Payment is due in full at the time of order. You must pay us the full price of the work. Following submission of this form you will receive a payment link where you are redirected to PayPal to complete payment by either your credit card Visa, Mastercard or your PayPal account if you have one. Important: You do not need to set up a PayPal account to pay by card.

4. Cancellation. Cancellation must be made in writing within 7 days of the date of order/payment. No refund or amendments can be offered on personalised orders. If your selected print becomes out of stock after you have paid, we will either offer you the choice of an alternative print or refund you in full.

5. Delivery. Each Nana Shiomi Book with special edition print will be posted to the delivery address within three weeks of the date of the order as we will need the artist to sign and personalise. The cost of royal mail postage within the UK is included in the publication offer.

6. Delivery outside the UK. If your purchase is to be exported from the United Kingdom we will normally make appropriate arrangements shipment and make a reasonable additional charge for doing so.

7. Allocation. Each special print – ‘Waves Left’ and ‘Waves Right’ is in a numbered limited edition of 40 prints, signed and numbered by the artist. Edition numbers cannot be specified and are allocated on a first come basis, subject to availability.

8. The Offer: One copy of the book ‘Nana Shiomi, This Side and the Other Side’, plus one copy of the special edition print either ‘Waves – Left’ or ‘Waves – Right’. Please note the print if folded in half inserted inside the cover of the book.
