The Lawrence-Douglas County Health Department, Lawrence Pedestrian Coalition, and the Safe Routes to School National Partnership are providing a FREE Safe Routes Champions Training on Tuesday, August 29 from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm. Join us in the 2nd Floor Meeting Room at the Community Health Facility (200 Maine Street, Lawrence, KS 66044) to learn how to empower your school and neighborhood to work together to set and achieve goals to keep students, neighbors and families safe when walking or biking!
