Thank you for submitting your provisional sixth form application.

BEFORE YOU START:

Make sure that you have the final options submission code handy as you will need this to submit the form.  You may need to refer to the letter from Mr Payne or email sixthformadmissions@fallibroome.org.uk for help.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

*   Check that you meet the entry criteria for the subjects you wish to study.

*  The subjects you wish to study at A level each fall into a different option block.  Please check below.

We apologise in advance if some of your choices fall into the same option block but the option blocks have been drawn up from students’ provisional choices in order to provide a best-fit solution for the maximum number of students. Please contact us if two of your subject choices fall in the same option block and you need further advice.

FINAL OPTIONS:

Please note that changes to your final options subject choices will only be possible at enrolment in September and will be dependent upon subject places being available in your chosen subjects.

ONLINE FACILITY:

Access to the online final options Form will close at 6.00 pm on Friday 23rd March 2018.
