Dear students, parents, grandparents and community members:

Please fill out this survey below so Northland School Division No.61 (NSD) can understand:

1. why families are sending their child or children to Paddle Prairie School or another school,
2. what families like about Dr. Mary Jackson School, and
3. what changes would families like to see at Dr. Mary Jackson School.  

Since the Board of Trustees approved a notice of motion regarding the possible closing of Dr. Mary Jackson School January 26, 2018, NSD sent a letter home to parents, hosted a public meeting March 15, 2018 at Dr. Mary Jackson School and developed a survey to gather more input from families.
