YouthFest 2018 - Stallholder & Community Groups Expression of Interest Form
YouthFest is free festival for all young people who live, work, study, play, or hang out in Banyule. The festival is made for young people by young people with multiple groups contributing to the planning and delivery of the festival.

YouthFest aims to:
- Celebrate youth culture by recognising and showcasing the diversity, talents and achievements of young people in our community in a positive atmosphere.
- Provide a safe, secure and supervised space for young people to engage with Banyule Youth Services and other agencies working to promote positive health, wellbeing and support within our community.
- Encourage and young people to participate in the planning, promotion, delivery of the festival and broker opportunities for empowering opportunities and pathways to gain further experience and education.
- Promote Banyule Youth Services role in the community, to connect young people with their community and community with young people to enable sharing of opportunities, information and supports.

Your stallholder application will be assessed on the following criteria:
1. Fit within the theme and objectives of the festival - 30%
2. Environmentally positive products / message - 20%
3. Quality and cost of the products and services - 15%
4. Range of products in relation to other stalls at the event - 10%
5. Community / Not for Profit vs. Commercial - 10%
6. Locality of the organisation (i.e. based in Banyule or other) - 10%
7. Visual appearance / presentation of the stalls - 5%

Please complete this form by Monday 30 July to register your interest in co-ordinating an activity at YouthFest in Macleod Park on Sunday 16 September 2018 (12-5pm).

*** Also note: You may NOT byo Marquee this year. You may hire one from us if needed***
