Park Hill Discovery Camp Sign-up March 27-30th
Dear Parents,

Thank you for your interest in our Discovery Camp program. We are excited to provide services at Park Hill this year!  Hours are from 6:30am-6:00pm. Please read the following information to help you with the registration process.

Registration is first come, first serve.
You will receive a confirmation email at least one week prior to camp about your enrollment or a position on the wait list.
You must submit one form per student.
The form MUST be filled out completely.
Billing is not done through this form, you will be billed $141.00  for this camp.
Registration will close 1 week before a camp.
~If you are not a currently enrolled in a Discovery Link before or after school program you must fill out our registration packet (can be found at http://discoverylink.dpsk12.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/Discovery-Link-Registration-16-17.pdf). There is a $15 registration fee that is incurred at the time of attending the first camp/dismissal day.
