Sun. Oct. 22, 2017 -Tails and Ales Fall Fundraiser - 12 noon to 4pm

Black Walnut Brewery, 210 S King St Leesburg, VA 20175

We will have volunteers in several different stations: at entry, at the silent auction / raffle basket area, games, bake sale and selling of HSLC items.

The shifts include: 1st Shift includes set up 11:00 am to 2:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 5 pm - includes tear down.

Please also consider donating to the bake sale and to the raffle and silent auction!!

Please note that volunteers will not be required to purchase a ticket for the event. If you want to receive the giveaways (event bag with the mug or cup (youth) and the sponsor items) and the free door prize ticket, you will need to purchase a ticket.
