The RCSC has developed a draft Parent Agency Framework. The Parent Agency Framework is a guideline to identify a Parent Agency and outline the division of responsibility between a Parent Agency (PA) and a Working Agency(WA). The rationale behind developing the framework is to have a systematic approach towards identifying a Parent Agency and to provide clear line of sight between the role of PA and WA.

Therefore, RCSC would like to seek views/suggestions/comments from the Civil Servants on the draft Parent Agency Framework latest by May 20, 2017 before the Draft PA Framework is submitted to the Commission for final endorsement.
