Your child has been selected to take part in a cluster Sportshall Athletics event on Friday, 4th November.

This tournament is being held at Lynnsport and starts at 1:00 p.m.

Children will travel to and from Lynnsport by coach, with Mrs Yallop.

The tournament is expected to finish at 3:00 p.m. and children will be back in school for the end of the school day.

I fully understand and accept that, while the teacher in charge will take all reasonable care, neither they, nor Norfolk County Council, can necessarily be held responsible in respect of loss or damage to property or injury suffered by my child arising out of this visit unless such loss, damage or injury results from the negligence of Norfolk County Council, its employees or official volunteers.

I give permission for my child to receive pain relieving medication when appropriate (one dosage of paracetamol only).

I agree to my child receiving medication as instructed and any emergency dental, medical or surgical treatment, including anaesthetic or blood transfusion, as considered necessary by the medical authorities present.
