DESCRIPTION:
The Faith Temple Evangelistic Church Scholarship was established with contributions from members of the church to support post-secondary educational opportunities for current members. The winter scholarship may be awarded to deserving undergraduate and graduate college students who are current active members of Faith Temple Evangelistic Church Scholarship. Scholarships will be applied to the cost of undergraduate or graduate tuition, fees, room, board, and other college expenses.

CRITERIA:
To receive consideration, applicants must:
be current active members of Faith Temple Church (the contact at Faith Temple church will verify the status of applicants as current active members)
have a minimum cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 on Fall 2018 transcript
be enrolled full-time during the academic year in a program leading to a two-year or four-year degree. Graduate students may be enrolled part-time with at least 6 credits.
Students must reapply each year, but will not be eligible beyond a maximum of four consecutive years of undergraduate study. In the event that the yearly applicant pool has more qualified applicants than the maximum number of scholarships available, those applicants with the highest cumulative GPA will receive the awards.

APPLICATION PROCESS:
Part 1: The online application is available on the church website at https://faithtempleverobeach.com/students/.

Part 2: The following supplementary items must be submitted to the church via email to: faithtempleverobeach@gmail.com:
1. Unofficial transcript through the first semester of 12th grade for high school seniors, or
2. Most recent unofficial transcript for college students (SSN does NOT need to be included)
