INSTRUCTIONS:
When you click the “submit” button at the end of the lesson, links will be provided for you to check your score and edit your responses.  Check your score and make note of the the correct answer to any question you got wrong. Then close the window to return to the previous screen. If needed, click the edit link to change your responses to the questions you got wrong and resubmit your work. Continue this process until you get a perfect score!  

When you click “submit” your responses will be sent to the email address you enter below. This email will also contain an edit link in case you close the edit window by mistake.
