ALIAWest Abstract Writing Workshop
Thinking of writing a professional abstract for a presentation, conference paper or interesting project? But, don’t know where to start?  Then this workshop is for you!

Learn how you can take a great idea or interesting project you are currently working on and share it with the world. This session will work through how you can transform a great idea you have into a presentation, conference paper or journal article. Starting with preparing the abstract, then translating the abstract into a paper or presentation. Hear from library professionals who have gone through this process, and perhaps even attempt to prepare a short abstract during the session.

The guest speakers will be happy to provide some valuable feedback on your abstract writing attempts.
