Please complete this form to register your singer for Half Notes.  Once complete, we will e-mail you an invoice for the $100 class fee, payable directly from the invoice, or by mailing or dropping off payment to the Honors Choirs office by September 11, 2017.  Class sizes are limited to 25 singers on a first come, first served basis. We expect these classes to fill, so your payment must be received before your singer's spot is considered reserved.  We will start a waiting list once the classes have filled.
