Sustainable Development Reading List (for lawyers)
Increasingly legal academics are dealing with issues of sustainability and sustainable development. For many academics who are not environmental lawyers, many of these aspects are new. For many environmental lawyers, other legal concepts - for example of private law (property, contract and tort) - are very remote from their daily Activites.

We, dr. Jill Robbie of Glasgow University and dr. Bram Akkermans of Maastricht University, strongly believe in working together towards finding sustainable solutions. This includes building a list of materials on these issues.

We very much welcome input from anyone on articles and books, academic and non academic, that deal with sustainability and sustainable development and which may have an impact on legal challenges. Submissions made through this form will be shared in a curated online reading list that will expand over time.

We thank you for your time and effort and are available at b.akkermans@maastrichtuniversity.nl and Jill.Robbie@glasgow.ac.uk
