Direct Deposit (PAYMENT POLICY: A $300 deposit is payable upon registration. Full payment is due six weeks prior to commencement and participants agree to pay any outstanding balance no later than this date)

RETREAT BOOKING TERMS

A Non Refundable $300 deposit is payable upon registration.

Full payment is due six weeks prior to commencement and participants agree to pay any outstanding balance no later than this date.

CANCELLATIONS FEES
Cancellations after payment of the deposit or balance must be in writing and are subject to the following refund policy:

REFUND POLICY
If the participant withdraws or transfers from the retreat, the following refund policy applies:

If the participant withdraws 45 days or more prior to retreat commencement the participant will be refunded any amounts paid over and above the non-refundable retreat deposit.
If the participant withdraws 30 - 44 days prior to the retreat commencement the participant will receive 75% minus the non refundable retreat deposit.
If the participant withdraws 14-29 days prior to the retreat commencement the participant will receive 50% minus the non refundable retreat deposit.
If the participant withdraws 13 or less prior to the retreat commencement the full retreat fee is non-refundable.
TRANSFER POLICY
If circumstances arise that require a transfer from the retreat on which you have a confirmed booking you will need to supply us with a request in writing.

If there are spots available you may be able to transfer your place to another applicable retreat at a cost of $100. This option is limited to one transfer only (after this, the regular refund policy applies) and depends upon a case by case assessment of your situation.

RETREAT CANCELLATIONS
Should the minimum number of participants not be reached, Cairns Beaches Yoga reserves the right to cancel a retreat that is below the minimum of 10 participants. If this should occur, Cairns Beaches Yoga will notify you in advance and give a full refund, deposit included, within 30 days of cancellation.

REFUNDS AND UNUSED SERVICES
No refunds will be made for no-shows or any other unused services irrespective of whether they form part of the inclusive tour price or are in respect of pre-booked optional arrangements.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS AND RISKS
Each participant must complete Medical Disclosure Form that will be sent to you via email and must be returned no later than thirty (30) days before retreat commencement. Each participant must hereby acknowledge that the yoga retreat will include physical activity that may present personal risks to himself/herself and other members of the group.

Cairns Beaches Yoga reserves the right to change or amend this policy at anytime. The current policy is always applicable.
