2016/17 Victorian PGA Club Manager of the Year Award
Overview
The PGA State Manager of the Year is designed to recognise the achievements of PGA Members in management roles within the industry. Management roles are defined by having a direct reporting line to the Board of Directors
Criteria
The award is to be based upon the achievements of the member in relation to the following criteria:
1. Member and Guest Services
2. Leadership, Innovation, Strategic Development
3. Marketing, Promotion and Club Performance
4. ACE Status and Personal Continuing Education
Nomination Process
Nominations may be submitted by Full Vocational Members of the PGA Australia and/or a Director of the Golf Club. Note: A supporting letter from the Golf Club must accompany a nomination by a PGA Member.
The nominating party will be required to address the four criteria listed above with a maximum of 200 words permitted in each of the four areas.
Nominations will close on 1st July 2017.
Selection Process
Each nomination will be reviewed by the relevant State PGA Vocational Committee against the listed criteria and ranked according to their achievements and/or expertise in each category.
The Winner will be announced at the 2017 Victorian Golf Industry Awards Dinner on Friday August 18th, 2017.
