Hi. Please fill out the information on this form to hold your spot for Kids Yoga Summer Camp. Summer Camp will be held at Silver Lining in Town and Country. We will have daily outside activities and meditative walks, complete a yoga class, have a snack and complete a yoga related craft activity. The preferred age range is 6-10 for this camp. I look forward to meeting you all. When I receive your signed form, I will send you a request for money via Pay Pal FRIENDS AND FAMILY, or Venmo if you have this app (this is my preferred method).
