Ybor City Saturday Market Committee would like to extend to you a special invitation to participate in the Ybor City Saturday market. The Market will be open EVERY SATURDAY THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. A new application is produced every three months to specify four different seasons. The Market will be held in Centennial Park in Historic Ybor City. Centennial Park is located between 8th Avenue and 9th Avenue on the North and South and 18th and 19th Street on the East and West. The operating hours of the Market will be from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm (Summer Hours, May –September, 9am-1pm). This season of the Ybor City Saturday Market will last throughout the months of April, May and June, 2017. Feel free to custom build your selling schedule (see fee schedule below). We would like to see everyone participate each and every week but we know that you have other commitments. You pick only the Saturdays that are convenient for you. Keep in mind the discount is available to all vendors who choose every Saturday and pay in full in advance!

The Ybor City Saturday Market will consist of many different types of vendors. The acceptable products consist of fruits and vegetables, plants and cut flowers, some prepared foods, gourmet food items, arts and crafts and some import items.  Every effort will be made to attract a large number of shoppers to our Market.

Your space reservation is for space only! You must bring your own tables, chairs, and canopies. You must be set up by 9am and not break down until 3pm (1pm in summer) or unless advised by Management. Fees are non-refundable.

Release Agreement The undersigned does hereby and forever discharge the Ybor City Saturday Market committee and its officers of and from all manner of actions, suits, damages, claims and demands whatsoever in law or equity from any damage to the undersigned property while in possession, supervision or auspices of the Ybor City Saturday Market, Inc. and its agents.  The Ybor City Saturday Market Committee reserves the right to make final interpretation of all rules governing the Ybor City Saturday Market. The undersigned also agrees to abide by all rules and regulation set forth by the Ybor City Saturday Market Committee as explained with the rules and regulations portion of this application.  An accepted application is a commitment to show and no refunds will be made for cancellation for any reason.  The Ybor City Saturday Market will take place rain or shine.  Management reserves the right to make all final decisions about market participation.  Exclusivity is not guaranteed. All vendors affirm and acknowledge all statements they make are true and agree to provide any evidence needed to support their claim.      
This market has been organized to benefit you, the vendor.  It is the purpose of the Ybor City Saturday Market to provide a convenient and inexpensive venue for you to sell your product directly to the consumer.  The consumer will benefit by being able to buy local and quality products at reasonable prices.  OPERATING SCHEDULE:  The Ybor City Saturday Market will open every Saturday, year round.  The Market will open at 9 a.m. and will close at 3 p.m.  (1 p.m. during summer season, May - September).  ACCEPTANCE:  All vendors who wish to sell at the Ybor City Saturday Market must go through an application process.  Complete applications and fee payment must be in possession of the Market Manager prior to the vendor setting up on any Saturday.  The Ybor City Market Committee and/or Market Manager will review each application in order to determine if a vendor is acceptable.  Any vendor seen as unacceptable will be notified by email.  It is the responsibility of the vendor to be in compliance with all licensing and/or permitting required by local and State agencies.  Each vendor is limited to selling only the items that he/she has listed on the application.  Additions and deletions must be presented to the Market Manager prior to opening each Saturday.  This can be done by emailing the Market Manager during the week or speaking directly to the Market Manager on Saturday morning.  All commodities sold at the Ybor City Saturday Market shall meet the requirements of all local and state agencies.   SPACE ASSIGNMENTS:  Vendors must accept the space assigned by the Market Manager and must be paid in advance prior to set up.  Space sizes will vary upon the vendor's needs.  Permanent space assignments are given to those that have paid the full seasonal rate in advance.  If a vendor is not happy with the permanent space assignment, they may choose to become a floating vendor and set up in a different space week to week based on a cancellation.  SET-UP:   Set up may begin no earlier than 7am on market days.  The  market Manager will be on site starting at 7 a.m.   A no call/no show will be subject to loss of permanent space assignment or possible market termination.  No show is considered when you have not showed on a regularly scheduled day that you selected on your application.  This includes rain days.  To avoid no call/no show penalty, please email:  info@ybormarket.com or text 813.241.2442 before 8am on Saturday morning.    Vendors must arrive prior to 8:30 a.m. and be completely set up by 9 a.m.  If you arrive after 8:30 a.m. you will be a floating vendor and will be reassigned to a new space, based on availability.    Upon arrival, all vendors must unload their goods to the curb, move their vehicle, then come back to carry the goods to the assigned location and set up your display.  Vehicles are not permitted in the park.  We must allow wheelchair access at all location of the market.  If you are not compliant, you will be asked to move your set up to meet requirements.   All vendors must stay within their booth to sell and may not walk the market to recruit customers.   The Ybor City Saturday Market provides space only.  You are required to bring all set up items needed for your booth.  Electricity is not guaranteed for any vendor.  Vendors are required to insure that their tent is properly anchored down.    BREAKDOWN:   The Market ends at 3 p.m (1 p.m. during the summer season) each Saturday.  Vendors are required to stay until market closing.  NO Vehicles are permitted in the park.  All vendors must have their products packed and at the curb prior to pulling your vehicle up for loading.   The area reserved for the vendor must look exactly as it did when the vendor arrived.  All trash must be bagged and brought to the corner of 19th Street and 8th Avenue.  If excessive trash is produced, it is the responsibility of the vendor to dispose of their own garbage.  Each vendor is encouraged to bring a garbage can with them each Saturday.  Each vendor is required to remain open until 3 p.m. ( 1 p.m. during the summer) each Saturday.  If the vendor must leave due to lack of product or an emergency, please notify Management.  Leaving early may be cause for dismissal from the Ybor City Saturday Market.  Vendors must maintain the space assigned to them in a clean and sanitary manner.  When vacating the space, vendors must remove all equipment, fruits, trimmings, wrapping, containers, etc.    RAIN POLICY:  The Ybor City Market will be open rain or shine.  If inclement weather is severe enough to close the Market, you will be notified via email or social media.   REFUNDS:  No refunds will be given for any reason.  If there is an extreme emergency, you may submit a request to Management explaining your situation.  MISCELLANEOUS:  Collusion among vendors to raise prices or exertion of any influence, pressure, or persuasion to cause a vendor to increase prices is strictly forbidden.  Any harassment of fellow vendor or customers will result in immediate dismissal.  Any variation from the foregoing regulations will preclude a vendor's right to use the Ybor City Saturday Market.  The Market Manager has the right to enforce these regulations and to exclude non-conforming participants from future space at the Market.                                                                             I have read and understand all rules listed above.  Typing my name in the space below will serve as my signature.   *
