To be eligible for nomination a school-based hourly employee must:
Currently work as a biweekly paid, non-contracted hourly employee in a school.
Have completed a minimum of one year of non-contracted hourly employment at the same work site/location.
Not hold any contracted position with FCPS.
Be aware of and in agreement with this nomination.

Nominees should be school-based hourly employees who:
Provide a unique and exceptional contribution to FCPS through their work.
Demonstrate commitment and leadership in their field.
Foster cooperative relationships with colleagues and/or the community.
Contribute to one or more of the following Ignite Goals, in the FCPS Strategic Plan:
Student Success
Caring Culture
Premier Workforce
Resource Stewardship
