HVHS Triathlon/Aquathon Entry Form 2017

EVENT DETAILS:
Date: Friday 22nd September 2017
Time: 1pm race start. Students will be body numbered at interval in the main gym at school. Adults will be body numbered in the transition area by Huia pool. This will be open for numbering and racking bikes at 12pm.
Start: On the stopbank by St Albans Grove
Finish: Huia Pool

Triathlon: 4.2km run, 13km bike and 300m swim. Team entries have a maximum of 3 participants.
Aquathon: 4.2km run, 300m swim. Team entries have a maximum of 2 participants.

ENTRY INFORMATION:
Cost: Entry is free for current HVHS students. There is an entry fee of $10 for ex students and family. This is payable on the day in cash. 100% of this money is being donated to the Martin Charitable Trust, in order to give back to deserving kiwi kids. Deadline: Entries close at 3pm September 20th-no entries will be excepted after this date

ENTRY CONFIRMATION:
By completing this form, you have confirmed entry. When we reach our maximum numbers for each age group, we will close entries. We will send out an email on 21st September detailing any minor changes to the course or time.
