In consideration of being permitted to visit the Uxbridge Shooting Sports Inc. or in consideration of being permitted to use its facilities, I agree to the following;

I acknowledge and agree that the activities and facilities of the Club are hazardous and involve a risk of injury to person or property. I agree to assume that risk.

I release the Club, its directors, officers, members, agents, servants and employees and their respective successors, assigns, administrators and executors from any and all damage sustained and consequences of death, loss, injury, or damage to me or any of my personal property, however caused and from any and all actions, claims and demands of any natural whatsoever arising from my visit to the Uxbridge Shooting Sports Inc. of its facilities.

I Agree to Indemnify the Club, its directors, officers, members, agents, servants and employees, and to save them harmless from and against any and all cause of action, liability, damages, claims, losses, costs and expenses arising from my visit to Uxbridge Shooting Sports Inc. or form my use of its facilities.

I Agree to shoot no loads heavier than 7 1⁄2 shot or loads greater than 3 drams

I Agree that I will shoot my first round at the Club today with a designated Club Member and that after that member has signed in the lower block may I shoot at the Club as an accepted guest.

1. Eye and ear protection is mandatory for all individuals on any range during shooting hours No exceptions
2. Actions of any gun must be open and muzzle must be pointed in a safe direction when not on a shooting station
3. Only approved ammunition is allowed. No shot larger than 71/2 or dram equivalent greater than 3 drams is permitted. No exceptions. Absolutely no hunting loads will be permitted. Steel target loads of a shot size of no. 7 will be permitted
4. No gun may be loaded until the shooter is on the station
5. No more than 2 rounds may be loaded at any time
6. Only one shot is allowed per target
7. Shooting at broken targets or chips is not allowed
8. Members must be present when their guest(s) are shooting
9. Under age shooters must be attended at all times. Only one gun is permitted between a non-licensed shooter and his / her mentor
10. No restricted firearms are permitted at any time on any range
