Subscription to join Hutt City Squash Incorporated. This membership form details the requirements and fees required for the 2020-2021 season.
By registering you accept that your details will be held and used by Hutt City Squash Incorporated for the purposes of registering you at Hutt City Squash and Fraser Park Sportsville.
You acknowledge that this subscription will expire 1 year from the time your membership payment is received. The membership year starts 1st of Month you join, at 12 months you will be invited to renew your registration to carry on your membership.

TERMS and CONDITIONS

Membership is valid for 1 year, starting 1st of the Month you join.

If paying by Automatic payment your first payment will be required, before your membership entitlements will start. I also accept that if I am unable to play for a period that my payments will continue to be made till full subscription amount has been paid.

Hutt City Squash will suspend my access to FPS and Hutt City Squash till payment has been received.

You can apply to the committee to discuss any payment options, where special circumstances exist.

A Grade and Corporate membership requests will be directed to the Committee who will contact you to discuss options and payment.
