Thank you for your interest in serving as a mentor within the Transfer Mentor Program at TU! Please complete the below questions which will help us best match you with a mentee. If you have questions about the form or the Transfer Mentor Program please contact Matthew Hicks at hicks@towson.edu.

Please Note these important dates when completing the form:

• 8/10: The deadline to complete the mentor form for the fall 2017 semester
• 8/17: The date that you will receive notification of the mentee that you have been matched with
• 9/5: Required Meet and Greet Breakfast from 8:30am-10:00am, Chesapeake Rooms
• 11/3-11/17: Closing Event to recognize the completion of the program, Details TBA in August
• Additionally, you will be asked to meet 1:1 with your mentee at least once during the semester
