To register each camp participant, you will need the following information for each person: Name, if they are a first-time camper with MNJD Camp, any food allergies and their reaction, and if they are requesting vegetarian meals while at camp.

To register each Daughter participant, you will need the following information for each person in addition to the information above: current station in the Bethel or if they are a prospect, and birthday with month, day and year.

To register each adult participant, you will need the following information for each adult in addition to the information in the first paragraph: phone number (the one they will have at camp if possible), email address, if they are a CAV, birthday with month and day.

To register part time campers, you will need the following information for each person you are registering in addition to the information above: what days they will be attending camp, what meals they will be eating and what nights they are staying at camp.
