Please fill out this form if you are interested in securing a suite at The WESTIN CONVENTION CENTER HOTEL during Anthrocon 2017.  

Note that suite availability is limited and demand is very high; thus, filling out this form DOES NOT GUARANTEE that you will be able to reserve a suite.  The information in the form will be passed on to the Convention Services Department at the Westin, who will be contacting people as suites become available.  It is important, therefore, that your contact information be accurate.  Also note that a one-might deposit of room and tax will be required at the time of renting.  This deposit will be applied to the final bill when you check out.

All contacts will be made starting on or around January 9, well before the opening of general hotel reservations on February 2.  If you have not been contacted by the Westin prior to February 2, it means that the type of suite you requested below has sold out and is no longer available.
