Who: Anyone! New, veteran, male or female, experienced, totally out of shape, runs a million races or somewhere in between! 18 years and older please.
What: A BootCamp class that varies each time you show up. It is a mix of cardio and strength building including things lunges, push-ups, burpees, planks, running, squats and a lot more. All exercises can be modified for your needs. Expect to be challenged and work hard, but not so intimidated that you don't come back!
When: Wednesday August 15th-, Friday, November 9th
(we will not have class on Labor day)
Classes held on Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Classes at 5:30am, 7:15am and *9:00am.
Where: Willow Glen United Methodist Church: 1420 Newport Ave San Jose, CA 95125. We meet indoors for class, but use the whole property for exercise, both inside and outside. We have bathrooms, water fountain, extra equipment, easy parking and convenient location.

Cost: 3 days a week - 36 classes- $325 (average of $9.00 per class)
2 days a week- 24 classes- $275 (average of $11.45 per class)
1 day a week-12 classes- $160 (average of $13.33 per class)
Drop in fee- First class is free. Drop in after is $15.00
You can pay in person with a credit card (Visa or Mastercard), a check made out to WGUMC or cash. If the cost is prohibitive, please email Lisa. We want you to participate i class regardless of finances.
Please bring your own mat and water bottle to class.
*Babysitting for the 9:00am class- $5 per class per child.
