2017 Marlton Chiefs Tournament Street Hockey Pre-Registration Form
This form is used to understand who is interested in trying out for a tournament team. Our tournament teams will play in three or four local tournaments with one away tournament. The tournament season runs from March to May with practices being scheduled starting in January/February depending on rink availability. To be considered for tournament, this form should be filled out.

Depending on player interest, we look to field THREE teams for each division.
