Somerset High School Distinguished Alumni Award - Nomination Form
Criteria for the Distinguished Alumni Award:

     Nominee must be a living graduate of Somerset High School.
     Nominee must have shown distinguished achievements in his/her chosen field(s).
     Nominee must represent the ideals of the Somerset Community.
     Nominees should display evidence of significant community involvement after high school.

The Distinguished Alumni nominations will be considered and chosen by the Distinguished Alumni Committee.  The selected honorees will be recognized at the Somerset High School Commencement Ceremony.
