Renaissance Festival *
Spring Semester includes a group trip to the Renaissance Festival 2019 at MOSI,  Friday, March 29, 2019. Cost of the student tickets are $10 and automatically added to the invoice. Adult tickets are available for additional purchase at $19 per ticket. Transportation can be provided at an additional $10 per person round trip.

Please sign up for a day to volunteer! *
Parents are required to volunteer at least 1 SEPARATE day PER student or can pay a $45 opt out fee per student. So if you have more than 1 student you must volunteer more than one day! Please choose different volunteer dates for each registered child. If you have registered more than 1 child and you have the same volunteer day. The remaining dates will be chosen for you.

Financial Responsibility Statement *
The cost of Ovations Homeschool Co-op attendance is $45 per student per class plus a $15 supply fee and a $45 per family non-refundable registration fee. Co-op consists of a 10-week semester and payment covers all 10 weeks. Additional field trip costs will vary and are separate from co-op payment. Courses will be billed to each individual participant through the PayPal link by Ovations School for the Arts. Failure to pay by the due date specified will forfeit your child's spot in the Ovations Homeschool Co-op and/or late payment fees. If a student is registered and is unable to attend there will be a cancellation fee applied to the invoice. Unresolved invoices will result in student(s) not being able to continue the Co-op or return the following semester.  For any questions or further inquiries please contact us at info@ovationsarts.org .
