RULES OF AWARDING ACCREDITATION
1. Accreditation may be granted only to journalists or photojournalists who complete the accreditation form, not later than 24.01.2019 to 23:59. In exceptional cases, it is possible to receive accreditation on the day of the event.

2. Sending a form is not tantamount to receiving accreditation. Accreditations will only be granted to journalists and photojournalists who correctly complete the form.

3. Due to the limited number of seats, the organizers reserve the right not to grant accreditation without giving a reason.

4. Confirmation of the accreditation (or information about the rejection of the application) will be sent to the e-mail address provided in the form no later than Sunday, 27.01.2019, at 23:59.

5. All rules regarding registration of the event with the use of audiovisual and photographic tools will be forwarded to accredited photojournalists no later than on Monday 28/01/2019.

In connection with the wording of art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC [1] (RODO) that:

the basis for the processing of personal data of WWFCQ is its consent in accordance with art. 6 par. 1 lit. a) RODO;
Your data - name and e-mail address, sometimes a telephone number were obtained on the occasion of the above-mentioned artistic activities and collected for many years. providing data is necessary to conclude a contract, in the case of failure to provide the data it is impossible to conclude and implement the contract.
WWFCQ journalists have the right to access their personal data, rectify them, delete or limit the processing of personal data, raise objections to such processing, transfer of data;
b) submitting a complaint to the supervisory body - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection;
c) withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data;
WWFCQ personal data is not subject to automated decision making, including profiling.
