Thank you for your interest in partnering with me financially. I have listed the details of how the process will work below:

1. Financial commitments are made on an annual basis.

2. Those who attend Evergreen SGV may give via check or cash in the regular tithe and offering envelopes, writing "Ian Nagata" in the designated space on the envelope. For those who do not attend Evergreen SGV or who prefer to give online, may do so at https://evergreensgv.webconnex.com/ebcsgv-giving.

3. The financial commitments will be recorded in the form below. HOWEVER, neither I nor the church will be verifying that the amount you committed is actually donated by you. We will assume that unless notified, the amount you pledged is given to the church by the end of the fiscal year.

4. At the end of the year, you will receive a record of your tax-deductible donations given under the designated fund entitled "Ian Nagata".
