Rate your Attitude *

1. I have a bad attitude. I don't value life or count my blessings and don’t believe every day is a great day but that some days are just simply bad if bad things happen.

3. I have a good attitude most of the time. I know life is special and that I am blessed but sometimes I let my daily circumstances dictate how I feel about that day and what my attitude is like.

5. I understand that life is special, that every day is a blessing and a great day and that I can’t control most of the things in my life but the one thing I can always control is my attitude and I choose to have a great attitude each and every day.

Rate your Effort *

1. I rarely try my hardest and usually try to find a shortcut or an easier way to just get through the drill or game. My coaches and teammates know I usually don’t try my hardest.

3.I Wrestle hard and give my best effort most of the time but I do take some drills or days off and go harder when the situation is bigger like in games or more competitive drills in practice

5. I always wrestle hard and/or give my very best effort no matter what drill it is, no matter if it’s practice or a game, an off-season workout or the classroom. I understand that I can’t control most of the things in my life but I can always control my effort so I always give my very best

1. I don't really care about doing the right thing. I am not interested in being a good person

3. I try to do my best to make good desions, but at times struggle to do the right thing, but most of the time it is not a problem for me.

5. I do the right thing even when it is hard or when others are not doing the right thing and I value that part of my identify as being a person of character.

I think only think of myself and don't care about the team

1. I don’t care about school or getting decent grades

3. I try at school but don’t go above and beyond. I get c-b’s

5. I always do my best in school and care about my grades and my education.

Rate your strength on the mat in relation to your opponents *

1. I feel weak and overpowered by my opponents most of the time.

3. I am about the same as most of my opponents and am able to do most of my technique with out getting overpowered.

5. I am stronger then most my opponents, and complete all my technique even when not in the best position.

Rate your technique *

1. I do not know how to do a lot of the things shown in practice and struggle with technique.

3. I know how to do most of the technique shown by the coaches, but do not tie the concepts together sometimes

5. I know well all the technique shown at practice and completely understand how it all works together to be able to preform it in a fluid fashion.

Rate your Toughness Mentally and Physically *

1. I am not very tough mentally and physically. I really do not like to scrap and would rather avoid contact or personal pain if at all possible. My mind tells my body to quit very easily when things get really tough and I usually listen to it and stop or slow down.

3. I am fairly tough mentally and physically. I don’t mind scrapping and the contact in wrestling when I feel like it or when I like the drill. I can stand pain most of the time and I can usually push myself and my body farther than my mind thinks it can go.

5. I am tough both mentally and physically. I love to scrap and I thrive on the contact in the wrestling I love to push my body beyond what I think I can bear and I will never quit no matter how hard or how tough a situation is or how much pain I am in.
