Each year, more than 3,000 people come together at BJ to bring in the new Jewish year. Hundreds of volunteers make these beautiful services possible: behind the scenes in the weeks leading up to the Yamim Noraim, BJ community members fold tallitot, polish kiddush cups, organize materials, and run those random errands that inevitably come up when you're producing the equivalent of four off-Broadway shows. At the doors, volunteers welcome and greet, help people find seats, and create a sacred space for the spiritual work of the season with their warmth and love.
Help make the magic happen! Fill in the form below to let us know how you want to volunteer. We will be in touch closer to the High Holy Days with more details on how to sign up for specific spots.
