UCGG LAN #1: Pre Sign-up Form
Use this form to sign up for LAN #1 - March 4th 2017.

*LAN Season Pass holders gain free entry to all other paid LAN events in 2017. If you would like to buy a season pass pay $15 by direct deposit (before 1st March) instead of the pre-paid price above. Cash/Door sales of season passes (or sales of season passes after pre-signups close) will be $20.

Prepayments are to be deposited online into our bank account (38-9014-0511726-00, UC Gaming Guild). For payment reference, please use your full name and email address (or unique identifier/gamertag).

Pre Signups close Wednesday 1st March & payments must be in the account the morning of March 2nd 2017 (otherwise you will need to pay the full door price).
