Financial assistance application form
This form needs to be completely filled out by the parent and child to be considered for financial assistance for the local OCBCF Chess Tournaments.

This form is for Kinder through Fifth Grade Students who would not be able to attend the tournament otherwise.

Students who are chosen could have a reduced rate or free entry into our tournaments.

Students who receive support will need to help set up the boards for the tournament, their parent can volunteer the checkout table, or the child can spend two hours playing chess with the OCBCF at Art Walk or other outreach events.
