2018 NHYL Parent Survey
In order to support the success of the NHYL, the executive board would like you to answer the following questions to the best of your knowledge. Comments at the end  are greatly appreciated, but not necessary. It is essential that you not consult with others regarding your responses. It is your responses that are being sought. Your thoughts are essential to the board. We do ask that you complete the survey in a timely manner, as the survey will be closed September 23, 2018. The results will be shared at the October Board meeting on October 1, 2018.

Would you prefer to purchase a uniform yearly or purchase a uniform and replace when needed? *
For example, you would get a new uniform every year or you would purchase a uniform once and replace the parts that are required when necessary. Players would also be assigned a number for their time as a NHYL athlete.
