Thanks for your interest in becoming an A-CSM. To get Certified as A-CSM, here are the requirements:

Meet Learning Objectives for Advanced CSM program attending a course offered by PowerAgile (2 Days)
You should have an active CSM certification with Scrum Alliance
Have 12 months (of last 5 years) of experience in ScrumMaster role and updated the "Work Experience" section on your Scrum Alliance dashboard
