This involves willful behavior which damages or destroys property belonging to the school district or to any students, employees, or visitors of the school. When it is determined that a student or students are responsible for the destruction of the school or personal property, the FULL cost of materials and labor to repair or replace the damaged property will be the responsibility of the student(s) causing the destruction.

The above is considered to be a level III infraction and will result in the detention or suspension of the student. If any fees associated with the destruction of school and/or personal property are owed and not paid, the student will not be allowed to participate in the band for the following year or until the fee is paid.
