1. You will receive a confirmation email within 3 working days after submitting this form. Please contact us at eps@hkfyg.org.hk if you did not get it.
2. Certificates will be available for pick-up at our office (Either Aberdeen or Fanling) by May 2016. However, you can get them EARLIER if you attend the Grand Final on 24 February 2018 (Sat).
3. NO mailing service is available. You must come in person to collect your certificates!

You must come IN PERSON to our office (Aberdeen/Fanling) to collect your certificate. The Grand Final will be held on 24 Feb 2018 (Sat) from 9:00-13:00 at 8/F, The HKFYG Building, 21 Pak Fuk Road (Exit C of Quarry Bay MTR Station).
