每位運動員都有一個共通點，就是同樣擁有一份永不言敗的精神，為理想堅持不懈地奮鬥。

希望透過微電影製作，讓普羅大眾更了解及認識香港運動員，同時發掘同學們的創作潛能，提高他們對創作的興趣，發揮團體精神及解難能力。

Every athlete inherits a “Never Give Up” spirit and makes every effort to pursue their dream.

The Organiser aims to enhance public awareness and understanding of Hong Kong elite athletes through the production of microfilm, and encourage the development of participants’ creativity, teamwork and problem-solving skills.

1. 以隊際形式參加，最少2人，最多10人一隊（其中一人為隊長），人數不包括參與拍攝的演員；
2. 參賽隊伍以學校為單位；
3. 參賽隊伍須於2018年6月30日（星期六）或之前，在大會網頁填妥參賽表格（http://www.hksi.org.hk/jcaias/microfilm）；
4. 參賽隊伍必須出席在香港體育學院舉行的其中一場簡介會及工作坊；
5. 完成微電影拍攝後，參賽隊伍須於2018年7月31日（星期二）或之前將參賽作品自行上載到YouTube，並將影片設定為「公開影片」；
6. 完成上載後，請在大會網頁按指示遞交作品相關資料，並呈交200-250字的中文故事大綱，簡述創作意念和故事內容；
7. 每隊亦需於2018年7月31日（星期二）或之前把作品原檔燒錄成DVD，親身或以郵遞形式提交至﹕

1. A team of 2 to 10 people with a team captain, actors and actresses are not inclusive.
2. The team must enrol in the name of school.
3. Entrant teams should complete the competition entry form (at the official website http://www.hksi.org.hk/jcaias/microfilm) on or before 30 June 2018 (Sat).
4. Teams must be represented at one of the briefing days and workshop sessions for the competition held at the Hong Kong Sports Institute.
5. Teams must upload their video entry to YouTube (and set profile as public) on or before 31 July 2018 (Tue).
6. After uploading the video entry, they shall follow the instruction to fill in the information and a brief description of their story in 200-250 words in English at the official website.
7. They shall record the video entry in DVD and submit to the Organiser on or before 31 July 2018 (Tue), by mail or in person to:

1. 表達形式：不限，參賽隊伍可按內容自行決定微電影以其中一種形式表達，如動畫、紀錄片或故事形式製作等均可
2. 短片長度：不少於3分鐘，不超過5分鐘，包括片頭、標題、片尾字幕及工作人員名單
3. 短片格式要求：
（a） MOV或MP4格式並以高清格式拍攝
（b） 解像度為1920 x 1080或以上
4. 語言：不限

1. Presentation: The film can be delivered in a documentary, fiction / story or animation
2. Duration: Length to be not less than 3 minutes and not more than 5 minutes, inclusive of the title screen, opening and ending screens and credits.
3. Video Format:
        (a) MOV or MP4 format, and produced in HD format
(b) Resolution of 1920x1080 or above
4. Language: not restricted
