By submitting this application you agree to the following terms:

1. The Advertiser represents and warrants that there is nothing in any advertisement or other material provided to SBB, or in any material to which the advertisement links or refers, that violates any personal or proprietary right of any third party; contitutes false advertising; is harmful; or violates any law or governmental regulation.
2. The Advertiser agrees to jointly and severally defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Publisher, its affiliates, employees and representatives against all liability, loss, damage, and expense of any nature arising out of the publishing or linkage of any Advertisement submitted by, or on behalf of, the Advertiser, regardless of whether the Publisher participated in the creation of such Advertisement.
3. Orders for all Advertisements are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
4. The Publisher cannot guarantee the performance of any Advertisement and makes no representation as to the quantity and quality of visits, impressions, or sales that will result from the publication of any Advertisement.
5. All payment must be made in full before the display of any ad. Failure to make payment will result in delays in the posting of the ad on the site.
