Some of these questions are tailored for the registrar business.  However, when applicable, please respond with answers specific to each product (registrar, reseller, hosting) for which you have data.  If applicable, it would also be helpful for our research if you can specify the relevant brand (i.e. if you run more than one company in each product category) for each answer.

In order for us to understand that full costs of domain abuse for infrastructure providers and the potential benefits of proactive anti-abuse, we would like to learn about the specific costs associated with each part of the domain abuse complaint/mitigation cycle.
