The purpose of the Cary Area EMS Youth Citizens’ Academy is to provide an introduction for young people to the emergency medical services world. The academy will offer interactive and practical sessions about EMS and what function EMS plays in today’s society. Participants will also learn about how the organization is staffed, governed, and funded. The age requirement for the Academy is at least 14 years old.

2018 Dates: Monday June 18 - Thursday June 21
Time: 9 am to 12 pm
Location: Cary EMS Main Station, 107 Medcon Court, Cary NC
Cost: No Charge

The participant must be available for the entire three hour block each of the four days during the academy. There are no exceptions.
