The MSHS Office for Diversity and Inclusion (ODI) encourages the formation of employee resource groups (ERGs) to create an atmosphere where all employees, faculty, and students feel they belong! Through ideas and innovations from our ERGs, we are best able to inspire an inclusive environment and identify ways to best care for our diverse populations.

The Military-Veterans ERG connects MSHS employees and students who have prior military service and or veteran status, current or former members of the armed forces, family members, and other military supporters to enable the exchange of ideas and shared experiences. The group highlights the unique perspective military personnel and veterans bring to the workforce which - through empowering and engaging employees - can drive innovation within the health system.

There are many ways for you to belong - attend events, share your thoughts, and become an active member or Military-Veterans ERG lead for your site! The Military-Veterans Group is open to all - join us!
