Booking Instrumental Lessons

This is a form to sign up for instrumental lessons. At Reach Academy we offer instrumental lessons on a number of instruments. The lesson duration is 30 minutes a week (the time rotating each week) and they are taught in groups of 3-4.

The cost of instrumental lessons is £60 for a term of 10 lessons. If your child is Eligible for Free School Meals then we offer an extremely subsidised rate of £15 for a term of 10 lessons.

Please fill in the form below by the 30th June to express your child's interest in instrumental lessons. Once we have collated responses, the correct amount will be added to parent pay and you will be expected to pay it within 4 weeks to guarantee your child's place.
