何Lili x 黃寶珠 (Pearl) : 我和這位公關大姐相識於這個世界還沒有「關公災難」的年頭。當年的商業電台創意澎湃、搞作多多，由Pearl 領軍的商台對外事務部將上下內外大小事務都處理得有聲有色，我未見過有災難。及後我和她先後離開廣播道，返璞歸真，她更進修學問繼而關注小衆權益, 現任性神學社總幹事。維繫著我們多年友誼的其中一個共同喜好是美食。在華洋雜處的香港長大，又住過法國、加拿大的Pearl 更擅長煮西餐，這次她將會為我們示範兩款好吃又好看的家常菜。
離鄉別井、子欲養而親不在、身心疲累的時候，我們最想念的是什麼？最希望得到的療癒和慰藉是什麼？是一口家庭滋味，是一份親屬關愛，甜酸苦辣鹹，點滴在心頭，份量兩心知。「一時入席」煮持人何Lili, 進駐味道圖書館，每個週日請來好煮之人為你介紹、示範、、分享、傳承家傳食譜和味道中的故事。

Lili Ho met Pearl Wong when they worked at Commercial Radio Hong Kong. As a PR expert, Pearl has done a fantastic job during the time when she was in CRHK. Both Lili and Pearl then left the radio station. Pearl went back to study and now she is currently the Executive Director of Queer Theology Academy, whose mission is to develop and practice queer theology and gender justice in the context of Hong Kong.
One thing that helps keeping the friendship of Lili and Pearl is food. Growing up in Hong Kong, then living abroad in Canada and France, Pearl is good at making western food. Let's taste the delicious food made by Pearl in this upcoming Family Recipes Workshop!
When you are feeling lonely and distressed, the warm flavours of home will become exceptionally nostalgic. Needless to say, there are stories and memories behind home-cooked meals.
