Thank you for helping to shape the S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Community Rountables. We would like to hear what you think are the most important questions around immigration and racial discrimination. How has immigration in Canada affected your life and/or prosperity?

Do you feel immigration is of value to Canada? Why? Have immigrants and recent newcomers made contributions to your neighbourhood? Explain.

Are inclusive communities something we should strive for? Why or why not? What does an inclusive community look like? What, if any, steps do you feel we need to take to build inclusive communities?

Have there been recent incidents or concerns that take away from the sense of inclusion in your community? If so, how has your community/neighbourhood responded?

Where do you think the attitudes (either positive or negative) about immigrants and newcomers are coming from? Why might people be having these attitudes?

Have you had any immigrants move to your neighborhood recently? Has recent immigration in your neighborhood (or other communities) created any concerns in your neighbourhood? (Either feelings you have observed or feel yourself).
